1. Overview
This website is operated by Aurovia Essentials. By accessing the website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Acceptable Use
You must not use the website for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorised access to systems or data, interfere with site functionality or security, transmit malicious code, or misuse the website or its services. We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access where misuse is suspected.
3. Product Information
We take reasonable steps to ensure product descriptions, specifications, images, compatibility statements, and pricing are accurate. However, colours and finishes may vary by screen or device, packaging may change from time to time, measurements may include minor tolerances, and non-material presentation differences may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including after an order is placed.
4. Pricing and Listing Errors
All prices are shown in AUD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing, listing, or system errors. If a genuine error results in an incorrect price, availability statement, promotion, or listing, we may cancel or refuse the affected order and issue a refund of any amount paid.
5. Orders
We may refuse, limit, hold, or cancel orders where reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, unauthorised payment use, stock unavailability, abuse of discounts or promotions, resale contrary to stated limits, verification issues, or genuine pricing and listing errors. We may request identity, payment, or address verification before processing certain orders.
6. Bundles and Kits
Where products are sold as a bundle, kit, set, or promotional pack, they must be returned together unless otherwise required by the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
8. Intended Product Use
Products must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions or warnings supplied with them. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for damage, loss, or performance issues arising from misuse, incorrect installation, modification, neglect, or use outside normal household conditions unless the law requires otherwise.
9. Household vs Commercial Use
Unless a product page states otherwise, products are supplied for normal household use. Commercial, industrial, rental, institutional, or abnormal use may affect voluntary warranty coverage.
10. Third-Party Services
Our store may use third-party providers, including Shopify, payment gateways, fulfilment services, shipping carriers, analytics services, and fraud-prevention tools. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Shopify supports adding these store policies through admin settings, but the content remains the merchant’s responsibility.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurovia Essentials is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the remedies permitted under applicable law.
12. Payment Disputes
If a chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute is initiated, we may suspend direct support on the affected order while the matter is being reviewed through the payment provider or card network. This does not remove any rights you may have under the law.
13. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, text, graphics, layouts, and product copy are owned by or licensed to Aurovia Essentials unless otherwise stated. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit that content without prior written consent.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, unless another mandatory law applies.
